HIGH-IMPACT KEYNOTES, PRESENTATIONS & WORKSHOPS
Rob Rorke delivers high-impact keynotes, workshops, and leadership presentations that challenge audiences to think differently about performance, mindset, leadership, communication, accountability, and culture.
Drawing from years of experience in competitive sports, leadership development, mental performance coaching, and officiating at the highest levels of Division I Men’s Basketball, including the SEC and the NCAA Tournament, Rob brings lessons learned from high-pressure environments into practical, actionable presentations that help people lead better, communicate more effectively, and perform with greater confidence and consistency.
As a high-level college basketball official, Rob understands what it means to make meaningful decisions under pressure while operating in environments where every action is evaluated and feedback is immediate. That experience, combined with his background in mental performance coaching and leadership development, allows him to connect authentically with athletes, teams, leaders, and organizations striving to perform at their best when the stakes are highest.
His message is simple:
High performance isn’t accidental.
It’s built through discipline, preparation, mindset, communication, and the ability to respond under pressure.

The game became one of the memorable moments of the 2023 NCAA Tournament as Princeton stunned Arizona in a historic first-round upset. Opportunities to officiate on the NCAA Tournament stage represent years of preparation, consistency, accountability, and performance under pressure at the highest levels of college basketball.
HOW WILL ROB IMPROVE YOUR TEAM?
Have you ever wondered why some teams, leaders, and organizations consistently perform at a high level under pressure while others struggle when adversity shows up?
For years, Rob has operated inside environments where preparation, communication, focus, trust, accountability, and decision-making directly impact performance outcomes in real time.
Whether officiating Division I basketball games in front of tens of thousands of fans, coaching athletes through pressure moments, or helping organizations improve communication and culture, Rob has seen firsthand that success is rarely determined by talent alone.
The difference is often found in the unseen work:
The preparation.
The habits.
The standards.
The communication.
The mindset.
The response to adversity.
The ability to stay disciplined and composed when pressure increases.
Whether in sports, leadership, education, officiating, or business, the same principle applies:
Your performance under pressure is a reflection of your preparation, habits, communication, and daily standards.
Rob’s goal in every keynote, workshop, and presentation is to help individuals and teams leave with a renewed commitment to ownership, accountability, communication, consistency, and daily excellence.
Because when individuals improve, teams improve.
And when teams improve, organizations grow stronger.

For Rob, Ed Rush has been far more than a mentor in officiating. Through years of leadership, teaching, guidance, and mentorship, Ed has helped shape Rob’s approach to communication, accountability, preparation, leadership, mentoring, and personal growth both on and off the court.
Widely recognized as one of the most influential figures in sports officiating history, Ed Rush spent more than 30 years as an NBA official before serving as the NBA Director of Officiating, overseeing the recruitment, development, and training of officials across the NBA, WNBA, and NBA Development League. His impact extends far beyond basketball through coaching, leadership development, speaking, mentorship, education, and service to others.
The lessons, standards, and leadership principles Rob learned through Ed’s mentorship continue to influence his work today in mental performance coaching, leadership development, officiating, and helping athletes, teams, leaders, and organizations perform at a higher level under pressure.
